Here is my review of the service during the purchase of my trailer. 1) Jessy Horeath- I was told that my sales staff's name was Aaron. However, it was someone else. I'm unsure what happened to Aaron. Jessy opens the gate and stood next to my driver's side. As soon as I role down on my window, he yelled at top of his lungs-"Do you agree that you'll not sue me just in case of coronavirus?" At first, I couldn't understand his question because I was so shocked by his yelling. I told him not to yell, and I told him I can hear him just fine. Jessy replied, "I yell like this all the time. This mask makes me yell." I wanted to cancel the app and go home, but I didn't because I needed a trailer. After I signed the paper, he went back to his office for some reason and did not come back for a long time. As I tried to decide whether I should turn around, he came back out again. He did okay on explaining things about the trailer but did poorly on answering my questions. He also yelled at me when I went inside of the trailer ( I only followed exactly what he did.) to see any cracks at the front corner. I'm unsure why he was so disrespectful, unwelcoming, and abrasive towards me. It made me wonder- is it because I'm an Asian? Is he expressing coronavirus- related stress at me believing I'm partly responsible? Is he just having a bad day? I want to tell Jessy. I'm a tax-paying U.S citizen. I have been working as a registered nurse for 17 years in the U.S. The world is changing...regardless, you should never bring personal baggage to work. 2) JR Boyd- Professional. I have no complaints about him, only compliments. He listened to my concerns, and made an effort to accommodate my needs- i.e JR drilled one of the metal holes to fit the locks better, and etc.
