Stay away!
I am sure they will be out of business soon, it is practically impossible to work with Rapyd. 1. They make almost impossible to track the transaction, this is just to confuse the final user to check how much they charge you. 2. After few months I discovered, with a big head ache that we paid way more fees, they had to transfer around 500 EUR to us. 3. We had our last client transaction in March and we had to wait until October to receive all funds. 4. We cancelled our account at the beginning of November and we had to wait until now for the full closure. 5. They charged us an enormous amount of fee to close the account and they say it was in their Terms. Conclusion: it is a scam! Stay very far away of them, it is literally almost illegal to work with them and they will make your life miserable.
