Make sure you see your name on the waiting list!
I arrived at 9am and was the first to sign in After 20 minutes I noticed that my name was still not on the waiting list on the board I went up to the receptionist and told her Apparently someone else took my place in line and my name was erased thinking my transaction was completed!
