Don’t do it…
Customer service isn’t very cooperative and responses are pretty much, “too bad”. The bought a custom sofa in May for a little under $4000, which includes delivery. It didn’t get delivered until August. It had automatically heckled me out with Shop a without picking up my new address. I was emailed them immediately to change it, but still had issues with my old address while it was in transit. When it was delivered the delivery guys just threw down the pieces on the sidewalk before unpacking it. I got a monarch pillow and that finally got corrected in October. By June there was a tear in the sofa in spot that doesn’t get touched. I’m pretty sure it’s because it was sewn too tightly. Their response was its normal wear and tear. Their products are too over priced for the quality. They offer no protection for the pieces that other places provide such as warranties. I suggest shopping elsewhere
