I purchased the Ghost cat drinking fountain as a gift. It arrived quickly but the ceramic top plate was broken. I reached out to the team and they responded within the hour. The team offered a refund or to send me another one. All I had to do was send photos of the damage via their service email. I asked for another to be sent and did not have to return the damaged fountain. I received my replacement with in two weeks. It has arrived in one piece. I am very happy with their timely response and replacement of the product.
