Happy Encounter
I decided to order a carton of BW Insert Pads after having tried a sample some time back. I find the design of the pads practical and functional. I encountered a couple of minor hiccups while placing my order online but the representative from BW, Ms Sherline, was most helpful and pleasant. She helped to ensure my order went through smoothly and was always attentive. Thank you !
