Customer focused company!
First the electric fireplace is beautiful and effectively heats the room. However what really sets TURBRO apart is their customer service! The first unit we received had an issue, but instead of going back and forth when I called, TURBRO immediately sent a replacement unit which works perfectly. This company truly stands behind their product!
