I accidentally signed up for Shopee vip
I accidentally signed up for Shopee vip, knowing no better. They charged me and it was auto renewable and the next month when it hit my credit card I immediately cancelled the Shopee VIP but as I was 1 hour late to cancel they refuse to refund my subscription. Then I had 2 different messaging appeals and they would tell me they would escalate the refund and then I called them and again the lady said she would escalate and this has been happening for 2 weeks. If this is the customer service to get a refund back of a service I have never used and that too for a VIP, I shudder to think how a regular person customer service works. It’s a scam
