I'm not sure exactly what is happening except that my 59 year old skin is absolutely loving these products. I started with only 3 pink serum, pigment solution and recovery night complex. I had samples of the multi action and restorative hydration cream. I did not know the exact routine for am/pm and emailed customer service. I was sent exactly what to use and in what order. I have since ordered full size creams and signed up on a subscription. I love my face in the morning. I have rosacea and sensitive skin and this is no bad reaction. I am using my own cleansers, toners and SPF as they do not provide these items. It's totally Ok as I am loving all the products so far!!!
