Terrible Service
2 orders... 6 delivery attempts... 1 successful delivery... We made sure NinjaVan had recipients phone number. Drivers did not reach out. Communication responses from NinjaVan were minimal and inconsistent. If I could control what delivery service companies used, I would never use NinjaVan. Instead, I'm going to have to double check what delivery service will be used before placing orders. Strongly DO NOT recommend this company.
