After contacting Creality after sales/customer service the laser I got is not for the ender3 pro only ender3 pro S1, though they advertise it for both and the CR10 what runs the same mother board 4.2.2 not a company to be trusted only interested in money, not to be recommended,the laser cannot be returned as 14 days has passed they said. SCAM
I have bought a ender 3 pro and it works I have bought the laser accessory the fitting don't fit in the board port like shown on official vid so I contacted customer service with a enquiry once direct, then by the sellers site through Amazon. Sammi responded but only to enquire if I had a code that began with cre to prove it was their product.I went on Amazon and made the same request through the sellers "Comgrow" customer service access but no reply as yet
