Buyers Beware: Batteries are falling apart after 800 cycles
We purchased 8 Power Queen batteries less than 2 years ago. The company advertises a lifetime of up to 15,000 cycles, yet 4 of our batteries are already showing severe capacity loss and are literally coming apart at the seams after fewer than 800 cycles. Although Power Queen claims to offer a 5-year warranty, they refused to replace the defective batteries or issue a full refund when we contacted them. Between the poor build quality, misleading cycle-life claims, and lack of meaningful warranty support, this has been a very disappointing and costly purchase. There are far more reputable battery brands available on Amazon and many are even more affordable — I would strongly recommend avoiding Power Queen.
