Needs to improve on customer service/communication
We parked in Row G. As we were getting out of our vehicle, another car parked nearby, and a shuttle bus drove by with a round-faced Hispanic man as the driver. He told us to stay where we were and that he’d be back shortly—but he never returned. While we were still waiting, we noticed a Hispanic woman shouting to another family that had just parked near us, calling them over to get on the bus with that same driver—who had stopped near the exit gate. It was frustrating that the driver who told us to wait completely passed us by and picked up someone else instead. As a result, we ended up waiting an additional 20–30 minutes before finally being picked up. On our return, I texted the provided number at 12:11 a.m. as instructed. The message was read immediately, but I received no response. At 12:17 a.m., I followed up with “Hello??” and only then did they reply, asking what I needed. It would have been courteous and professional to acknowledge the first message with something like “Got it, we’ll be there soon.” Reading and ignoring a customer’s message until they follow up is poor customer service.
