Waited 15 minutes for the driver to pull up slow and then drive off without checking. After being on the road for 3days this was very frustrating and disappointing.
The entry and exit process was straight forward. The shuttle service was very positive. The shuttle driver was super friendly and kind which elevated the entire experience.

The shuttle driver on the morning of Nov 27th was brash and caused much delay. After parking in a designated area, he came to me yelling “are you Delta? then you can’t park here”. There were no signs indicating this. I parked elsewhere. He still came at me with the same, demanding that I follow him in the shuttle. Finally parked where he wanted me to, and after doing the same to several others, we pull up to the gate, he starts having a conversation with a lady with a clipboard regarding everything that just transpired before we finally left the lot. At least 10 minutes were wasted doing things this way. Despite a reservation, I had to park in a non designated area that he pointed me to. Rude and unreliable business.
