I should have done my homework before purchasing direct. I thought I was buying from a UK based store. Purchased on the 5th Nov. Shipped on the 6th. Left China on the 9th. Today being the 16th there has been no change in status. Could it have flown away? I’m not the happiest with DHL whom I contacted, I received a response that it’s on a pallet with many other bulk items so will take time to unpack and deliver. It’s frustrating to see it in stores everywhere in the UK and I could have got my hands on one over a week ago. 3-7 working days delivery following payment was definitely breached but is understandable given the viral issues. I will give them a few more days grace. Update: Finally arrived on the 17th November and am now very happy!!! Excellently presented packaging. Shame about the delivery holdup.
