No health tracking, false advertising

I paid extra for the 5pro because of their absolutely false advertising. But there is no accurate waste, weight, or other health data. Now they have put up little stars and miniature disclaimers on their website that weren’t there before when I bought it. But disclaimers don’t change the fact that they are actually lying. Pet ID does not work. It went from assigning my cats to their weights correctly nearly 100% of the time, to assigning them incorrectly 100% of the time. So it is now perfectly inaccurate. Doesn’t matter if I go in there and manually change the weight assignments over and over. The software is incapable of learning. I spent 45 minutes with customer service giving tons of technical information about my wifi and phone, because the app says my cats only pee 2 ounces a day. Customer service said it should be fixed two weeks later. Eight weeks later, still not fixed, and now, after speaking to other LR users, I now know this feature has never worked. So NO cat ID. NO waste tracking. Literally no point to spending more on the pro. They lied on the product page, and now, after the fact say in tiny print that these features are in “development”. No they are not in development. They don’t work and they are getting away with false advertising to get you to spend more money. Only reason for three stars is the hardware works well. But the robot does not offer health insights at all due to these problems. Get the LR5 for the best hardware (but no hopper). Do not waste your money on the pro. Oh and fun fact—they have access to the video feed so that they can use it to conduct research and sell to other companies for research. The data is not stored locally, it is on a cloud to them. So if you happen to walk by your litter robot in your underwear or have it in your bathroom, they can see that, you have been warned! Luckily it is my kitchen. But half of the videos of my cats have me in them because they use their box when I am active, and the robot can see upwards to human head height if you are about 4 feet away due to wide angle lenses.
