I am happy to report that my issue has been resolved and I have received a refund
I tried this company to open a document they charged me .90 and the document still did not open I forgot about the incident but a week later I had £39.99 taken from my bank account . I did not read the fine print and they have said I signed up for a subscription which I fine unacceptable I am a 73 year old pensioner and have notified them of this fact and I was told Not their problem ... this is to warn other older people out there . Do not use this company .They are a rip off .They have refused to refund me After interaction I am happy to say that I have now been refunded and I am pleased on how this issue was handled
