ordered 12 trees
ordered 12 trees. 10 died within two weeks. Sent proof (photos, scratch tests). Credit was issued for price of tree. Taxes and shipping are not refunded (credited). I bought them when on-sale, now must re-purchase at higher price or "wait until we have a sale" They refuse to send replacement of identical trees, which makes most sense. Now I have to pay higher price, pay more than double taxes (more taxes since price is higher) and shipping. Why not just send replacement of identical lost items?
