Reassured and impressed.
Only after I placed my order did I realise my blanket was being sent from a China based company. I then read the dreadful trust pilot reviews and thought the blanket would never arrive. As my dad was ill I wanted the blanket quickly, so I emailed them about express delivery, but their customer service email bounced back to me - confirming my fears, I would never see the blanket again. So I decided to order another blanket from another company. Anyhow, my order was placed on 23rd May and it arrived today 6th June - it only took 2 weeks and it looks fabulous - hence my 4 star review. if their email address worked, it would have been a 5 star review. It’s a shame we can’t post photos here to show the results. Sadly my dad passed away on the 4th June, so he didn’t see this blanket, but I will keep it as a lovely memory and comforter.
