Very poor
I ordered and paid for a dress costing £185 which I returned immediately, in part because of the fit but also because of the disgraceful condition on arrival. Carelessly packed into the smallest box and so creased it was unwearable without professional steaming/pressing. I subsequently received a refund of £160.40. A loss of £24.60 for simply returning the garment. Whilst I have to accept the various penalties imposed for returns it is none the less outrageous bearing in mind the additional cost I would have incurred had I kept the item.
