The worst experience I have ever had
The worst experience I have ever had, 2 weeks without product and then they issue refund when I complain. No solutions given at all, clueless customer support may as well talk to brick wall. They say they have to talk to Chinese warehouse who then contact UK warehouse who then need to contact DPD, it is literally chinese whispers lucky to get anything through to them. Avaoid at all costs pay a bit extra for a jackery!
