Slow response of customer service
I bought a Xiaomi MI 10 5G phone on October 26th on Gshopper.com. After 16 days I still haven't received the phone. On the tracking website I am supposed to received it on November 3rd. This website is a total scam. I will try to get my money back from my bank. I sent them one email last week and one email this week. No response. There is no customer support. Order ID #GTJ270034478 So, DON'T BUY FROM GSHOPPER!!! Update November 25, 2020: Gshopper resent the phone and I received the phone.
