Converting a Quote to an Order
Getting a quote for the part I wanted was easy. Converting the quote to a purchase order was a bit more difficult because it required talking to a real person for giving credit card info. This delay was probably due to the fact that it occurred over the Christmas holidays. When I was contacted and the order was made, delivery was then prompt, the item was carefully packaged, and it was exactly as ordered. Suggestion: For parts, at least, couldn't orders be made online?
