HORRIBLE Customer Service. When Storage Mart took over the facility I use from Cube Smart in January 2026 they raised the cost of my locker from $257 to $296, which wasn’t great but new owner. I received a notice that as of July 1st, 2026 they are raising the cost of the same locker to $503.00. This is greed and price gauging pure and simple. No explanation no nothing except pure greed. I asked if I move to a smaller locker before July 1st with current prices will they raise it as of July 1st. I was given the ‘I don’t know, we have no control over that answer’. So they just raise their prices at will and you are left to their mercy? No one can give me a straight answer. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
