Stay FAR FAR away!!
I bought VideoProc a few months ago. I had to reinstall macOS Big Sur to remove Monterey Beta, and the code didn't work anymore. I messaged them and they said the code has been used the max amount of times, even though I used it on ONE computer. They would not reset it and offered me a discount to buy it again (good joke). This is the worst company I have ever come across.
