Always Great Customer Service!
I have had the pleasure of working with John Lefler on our annual holiday cards for the past 15 years. Each year, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable from our first communication through delivery. John knows our company's requirements and works within them to provide competitive pricing and artwork in a timely manner. This year, one of our new offices did not receive its personalized cards due to an error in the delivery address. Immediately after learning about the missing cards, I called John, and he worked with his printing warehouse manager to locate them. It turns out the Post Office returned the cards to Cards Direct because of the incorrect address. Once found, John went the extra mile by resending the cards to the right address, at no additional charge. This exceptional customer service is why I will ALWAYS use Cards Direct for our corporate holiday cards. Working with John Lefler is a breeze, and he makes my job a little easier! Thank you! -Kim K
