Zero Communication-Great Marketing but that’s it!
I ordered glasses on May 6 and paid in full, and it’s now May 19 with no shipping confirmation, tracking update, or communication about my order at all. At this point, I’m honestly concerned whether the order is even being processed. I’d personally steer clear of this company based on my experience so far. If I ever actually receive the glasses, we’ll see if my opinion changes.
