G2G escalation System
I would comment on G2G escalation system which seller are taking advantage of. I bought 4 gold accounts from seller. where 2 accounts were wrongly provided as bronze and silver. I reported the issue the escalation went to the seller directly. he replaced 1 and closed the escalation. Its been two weeks i am fighting with g2g support that i was provided with 1 replacemnt. But somehow they are protecting the seller where all the customer service was provided by seller him self. and the escalation was closed without g2g overlooking the first escalation. Thank you! AFTER I LOST hope! G2G replied the matter was solved in a few hours! THANK YOU G2G! hopefully more cutomers dont suffer this automatic escalation closed issue.
