Badly made shoes and sandals
Bought a pair of trainers and sandals in the sales from this company. Well put together website. I thought they were in the UK. It wasn't until I made a payment that I realised goods/company based in china. Goods arrived squashed in a plastic bag. The look and quality of both shoes was nothing like the picture in the website. They were of very poor quality materials and badly made. The sizes come up very small I could not get my feet into the size 6 I ordered. not true to UK size 6. I followed instructions on website requesting refund. I have to say their customers service response is good. After going back and forth I agreed to a 30% refund ( I would have to pay for postage it made sense to accept refund). But what they don't tell you is they deduct shipping from your refund. I'm very cautious now. No matter how professional a website looks I will always look for reviews first. Save your selves disappointment, time and energy.
