Bad customer service
I'm rating the customer service, not the website, never actually ordered anything but got my PayPal hacked so I needed to contact them and make an account. Terrible. They keep sending you automated bot-like messages that are absolutely of zero use. Tried deleting the account after I resolved my issue, couldn't even find the deactivate/delete account option, contacted them twice, they told me they would delete it, three days later it's still there. Weird and frustrating. If you're tolerant to issues with your online purchases and deliveries, you'll lose your tolerance with this customer service.
