Most dreadful experience with DSers
I've had the most dreadful experience with DSers. I am a Shopify Partner and build stores for clients or for sale. I have 2 completed stores on DSers only to find out that I need to detach one and a buyer will then need to reattach the store to their own newly opened DSers account. BUT this means that all mapping will be lost, and as support staff say, there's no guarantee all of it can be restored. No buyer, nor I, will approve of that! The only alternative is to disconnect the 2nd store, the buyer changes my own account email to their own, and the store they've bought is directly transferred into their name. But the same problem exists for the 2nd store which will now lose it's mapping. So it's impossible to have more than 1 store at a time on DSers if you plan to sell. I've asked support staff a number of times for a solution but without success. And many times they don't answer the questions asked. It's unbelievable that DSers haven't thought this through!! What a dreadful thing to spend approx 130 hours building a store only to find the mapping will be lost!!
