I LOVE CUSTOM ITEMS. I have received 4 of the 5 items so far. Overall I'm pleased and would possibly order more items. It has took 1 to about 2 to 2.5 weeks to get all my items so far as they arrive at different times. They are not good at thoroughly responding to emails I noticed. They avoid responding to issues. I have an issue with a rug I bought it is cute but it is not as pictured how it is on their website. The quality and craftsmanship are in question. Trying to get help. Will update this depending on how matter is handled.
Out of country seller DO NOT BUY FROM
They do not reply at all horrible customer service plus there was charges added after I bought I luckily was refunded by Paypal and bank on the overcharge part. Still waiting on items and it is going on 3 weeks. Worst experience. Hopefully I get items eventually and will never buy from them again. It appears the stuff is coming from SWEDEN had no clue not advertised or I would of never bought!
