Poor Customer Service
Unable to reply email queries. Sent another email checking on updates but no reply from them. Reply: Yes, I’ve sent you an email on 24th and 25th March 2022 regarding my additional tax and import duties fees reference order No. #BEMV9EP03G. I’ve paid a delivery protection fee but I’m still incurred another SGD$50.80 by DHL for my shoes. As such, I would like to check if if the delivery protection fee would cover these import duties and taxes?
