Simple to use with a little practise

Simple to use. Inexpensive. Puts me way above my competition. Contains lots of features that I have no idea what they are. Take notes when you give it instructions. To repeat an effect you will need to use the exact same wording.That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It often asks surprisingly intuitive questions. I use free online programs to convert animations to gifs.

I'd look elsewhere

Used it for years without a problem. This time I found myself at hotel that said they had no reservation. Called Agoda customer service, which in itself is difficult. After 15 minutes of embarrassingly sitting in hotel's lobby, they called and admitted their (Agoda's mistake) allowing me to check in. After I forced the issue, Agoda apologized on phone without compensation.
