Communications is very poor
Communications is very poor. I was never told the problem I was having was resolved. I love the Line2 App but customer support and communications needs work.

Great customer service!
Great customer service! Items were packaged carefully and with plenty of protection. I was given a production date and a week before shipping I needed to change the type of wood from poplar to oak on the newel posts. They made the change and only moved the delivery date by a couple of days. Very easy to work with. The newel posts are installed and look beautiful.
