DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!
UPDATED!! After posting this review I received a response, but it doesn't give a reply option, so I'm updating this message with the order number that they requested. Order # 348326 The hearing aids have not worked well since I received them, they tend to go "on and off' for the first 30 minutes or so, and then when I am driving, irregardless of which setting I use, the noise is so horrendous that I have to remove them. I have tried calling them twice, but after waiting for a full hour, I finally get a recording telling me to leave a message and I'll get a call back. I even sent them an email over a week ago, and still no reply. They won't accept returns for their money back guarantee without an authorization, so today I called my credit card company to dispute the charge to see if they can get any response.
