New Website Is Rubbish!
The new and 'upgraded user friendly' website and App are completely useless and incredibly frustrating to use. To get the price for an item on the same page as the actual item view (From search results) you have to make the screen size tiny! Then when you go to 'Add' your screen scrolls down and judders all over the place. Booking a slot has the same issues and jumps all over the place when you are trying to select a slot and date. While I appreciate these 'glitches' may be due to the new system, surely this was tested in-house before releasing to the actual customers. Was far too awkward and time consuming for me today, so I shopped elsewhere and paid the extra!
