I purchased a Jupiter Spacetouch device and it arrived defective. The blue light will not stay on more than two to thirty seconds. I registered it a submitted a claim against the lifetime warranty and the company doesn't respond at all. There seems to be no way to call them/no customer service, which is kind of outrageous at this price point. I thought I had had an amazing firsthand experience with the device at a store, but now am questioning that because even the red light seems to have no visible impact. Questioning... the company and the product.
