Should have read the reviews before purchase
Purchased a dress from nerdywave, delivery took about 10 days to the UK which was expected, however the dress itself is awful, the material feels like a swimsuit, the print is over pixelated and a completely different colour, weirdly when photographed the design looks normal, I guess the camera focuses in and adjusts it. Currently in the process of trying to get a returns label and a refund, although I’m not too hopeful!! Not impressed, thankfully it was in the sale so didn’t pay full price. Cannot recommend. Update, Nerdywave have issued a 50% refund, apparently even though (and I quote) “After carefully reviewing your order, we found it was our mistake, and we apologise for that”. they will not accept the return or issue a full refund as per there return policy.
