Podbean customer service is the best! I'm new to podcasting and I have a lot of questions. Most I've been able to figure out using the help files, but when that didn't work, I've received prompt answers to my help requests, and the rep went above and beyond by giving me additional information that I didn't realize I needed to know until I got it.
