Great weekly coupons, poor customer service
Overall I prefer Dhgate to AliExpress. But their customer service is lacking. They have great coupons that actually lower the cost of regular orders, but they also have an incentive coupon program that is BOGUS. You get monthly spend target based on the previous months purchases. In October, I earned a $194 coupon for purchases of over $50K. That coupon is supposed to appear on the 5th of the month, about 35 days after it is earned. My last coupon appeared on the day it was supposed to and was labeled EXECUTED. Okay, computers make mistakes, so I did the chat (since the email option is disabled), and after sending pictures and explaining, I was told they would issue that coupon with a spend limit we agreed upon. I was told to wait a few days for the coupon group to make that happen. Four days later I stated a chat again and the person acted surprised that the promised coupon did not arrive, so I was told to wait a few days for it to reappear, and it never did. Well, Last month, I spent over $62k and now it says to wait until the fifth of next month (32 days away), I wonder if this coupon will also never be available. Another benefit of being a big user is a dedicated concierge which hasn't been available for two years. I don't like being treated poorly. but in general I do like their weekly promotional coupons. But the message is customer service does not care!
