Jared from Rapid Radios helped me with a lost radio, when we found it Jared assisted in reconnecting that radio and it worked perfectly. Jared was quick to answer my questions and assisted in cancelling an invoice for a replacement radio. Once he got me all setup, my wife was able to communicate from New England with my radio in the Midwest. Jared is awesome.
