Despite being assured that no payment would be taken for lessons that did not go ahead, £39.00 has been charged (nb the tutor 'accepting' a lesson is an automated response - my tutor wasn't aware they were still affliated to Superprof). Despite Superprof refusing to offer a refund, credit card fraud prevention saw differently and reversed the transaction. My advice to others would be to use a credit card for any payments - at least provides the option to dispute and reverse potentially fraudulent transactions.
