Back and running in no time!
I went to use my laser and the laser head wasn’t moving in the y axis. Immediately, I called Boss laser. Robert (from tech support) reached out and through a couple emails and videos he had my laser working like new again. Robert was knowledgable, friendly/patient and quick to response. Boss laser is fortunate to have him as an employee. Thank you again Robert.
