The oysters splintered…
The oysters and scallops were delivered on time as promised. The oysters had that sweet smell of the ocean. We haven't tried the scallops but they look amazing. As for the oysters...The first five were delicious and 5 of them splintered to the point I failed multiple time to open them. I have the proper knife and have moderate experience. That's it!
