After care/customer service
I am reviewing the customer service/after care of this company. I had a problem with my rug which was documented in photographs. Manufacturing issues happen with any company from time to time. What was impressive was how quickly & pleasantly my refund was handled. Moreover, the company allowed me to donate the rug to a shelter caring for women/children instead of shipping it back. IMO it’s not so important if issues happen, it is how they are handled which determines the integrity of the company. My issue was handled very professionally.
