I purchased a rug directly from Lahome however unfortunately it did not work for my decorating needs and had to return. I am reviewing the customer service/after care of this company. I had a problem with my rug which was documented in photographs. Manufacturing issues happen with any company from time to time. What was impressive was how quickly & pleasantly my refund was handled. Moreover, the company allowed me to donate the rug to a shelter caring for women/children instead of shipping it back. IMO it’s not so important if issues happen, it is how they are handled which determines the integrity of the company. My issue was handled very professionally.
The rug looks really nice and the colors are beautiful. It’s a little thinner than I expected, but overall I’m happy with how it looks in my space. Jen was also very helpful and provided great customer service. I really appreciated her kindness and help!
I bought the Bug Rug and the Green floral rug. They are both so pretty, and soft, and were delivered quickly. I love them! I had a question and customer service was prompt and courteous.
The price of the rug is beyond reasonable for what you get. We love the pattern selection available and the shipping was unusually fast. I’m going back to order another right now
I cannot recommend making a purchase from this brand, but their customer service did refund my purchase when I expressed dissatisfaction. The rug I bought was cheaply constructed with uneven printing and edges that quickly unraveled. I did add a star for a positive customer service experience.

I purchased 3 Lahome rugs of different sizes about a month ago. I had an issue with one rug that was quickly tended to by Jen in customer service. I loved the prints on the other two rugs and they worked fine where they were placed. I wanted a month to review because I wanted to wash the rugs before doing so. I've washed one rug twice, and I was nervous about it, but it turned out great. I did wash them in cold water on a delicate cycle and they dried over the course of a day and night. They were clean and seemed just as new and vibrant as when they arrived. I'm ver pleased with the purchase and how it held up in the washing machine (top load).

I can’t believe how nice this rug is, especially for the price. I already ordered another rug, and would purchase more in the future. Also, the shipping was lightning fast. Purchased the cutest rug! It was so soft and comfortable. I loved how unique and original all the designs were. And there was so much to choose from! Definitely would recommend to friends and family. However, it didn't match the space I was hoping for it to fill, which was a bummer, but the customer service was fantastic! 10/10!
I decided to purchase a Lahome rug after reading positive reviews, and I’ve been satisfied with their customer service so far. My original order didn’t arrive, but Jen was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I really appreciate the prompt communication and assistance. The design on the rug is beautiful, I got a pink floral design for my daughters room. I also had a great experience with customer service as I thought my rug grippers were not sent. They replied to me promptly and were very kind in letting me know that they had shipped separately from the rug providing me with updated tracking information.
