I ordered a sage green floral rug with scalloped edges and it’s super cute. There was a line where the rug had been folded but I just needed to rub it out and it was just fine. I appreciate they’re machine washable though I haven’t tried that yet. I would order again.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size rug, and LaHome made it right just as soon as I let them know I needed to make a return. The whole customer service experience was top notch! I am currently looking for another one of their rugs in the correct size!
My order arrived. It was too heavy for me to unpack. It was folded in three and then folded in half and stuffed in a plastic bag. My son helped me to lay the rug down. There is no "rug texture". It feels like felt. It is very heavy/bulky so I can't imagine this going in a normal washing machine. The worst part was the white lines in the areas where the rug was folded...no color, just white lines. White lines across the top where it was folded. I was given a refund after this review. Customer service stepped up and I'm thankful. The rug will be donated to a place that gives the homeless a chance of a home.

Beautiful designs that I think are stolen from other designers, but the carpets are so thin and cheap they are difficult to vacuum as the vacuum sucks the carpet right up!

These rugs are great quality for the price (I got 3 for the price of one on other websites). Very soft, and I like the gripper bottom. I still used Gorilla tape for the 4 corners, but more as a precaution. I'd buy from LaHome again.

I love my new hall rug! Especially the fact that it’s washable. With 3 frenchies it’s good to know I can clean it up in the washer. The colors are nice and the pattern fits our decor. I love it so much I’m going to purchase the same rug ,but in a 5x7, for my living room. It came quickly, and with updates on shipping.

Honestly pretty cute, I was under the impression that it would have a "rug" feel but it was my fault for not checking properly. Its more of a soft almost velvety feel, however that does make it easy to wipe clean and wash. I do recommend for a general rug, its nothing to praise the gods over, but its really good quality so far :D
The rugs I ordered are flimsy cheap looking rugs. They don’t even have a rug feel to them. It has a felt feel to them like something you would see in a preschool or primary age floor rug that a teacher would use for their little ones. I would never order from this company again.
