Stay away, never received order
Stay away, horrible customer service and never received order.
Ordered curtains over 3 weeks ago and they were "shipped" but FedEx website says they are still in NJ. They don't seem to know where the curtains are and just keep telling me that I live in a rural area and that's why it's taking so long. We live 20 mins from Springfield, MA and 40 mins from Worcester and we're right off the Mass Pike. Couldn't be any easier to get here and, somehow, everything else we get via FedEx makes it quickly. For example, Chewy delivers in less than 48 hrs. I am starting to think that this company is just a front.
Received the curtains in a timely manner. They were packed so nicely and they weren’t wrinkled. They look beautiful and are of good quality. My only regret is not getting the curtains lined and not getting them 3 times the width but they still look very nice. I’m very happy with my purchase.
Nathan 5% Openness Custom Solar Shades for the Win
We ordered Nathan 5% Openness Custom Solar Shades and LOVE them. They look elegant and keep our sun room from overheating (we live in the South). We had an issue with the size of two of the shades and I am delighted to report that Ashley in customer service resolved this issue quickly and professionally. In an era where there is little or no customer service, Ashley proved that this company values our business.

We ordered drapes and the Seel delivery…
We ordered drapes and the Seel delivery protection ($96) extra charge. The drapes were labeled with the wrong name and address on the UPS label. I have spent hours trying to correct with UPS but the tell me to contact Curatarra. Curatarra says to wait. UPS originally tried to deliver July 2 as of July 27 we still don't have the drapes we paid for. The Seel worry free delivery insurance is useless. They say it is too far past the delivery date to file a claim.

4 stars because they made it right. George in customer service remade to order and gave us a rebate for the trouble. I am satisfied and the drapes are now up and look great. The original shipping was a fiasco with wrong name and long delays but they made it right and I am happy with the quality of the product. I appreciate it when a company has a service recovery like this.
I purchased 9 panels of outdoor linen sheets and was vary happy during installation but of course the weights that are at bottom of each sheets fell out onto the ground. I ordered more and requested additional weights and they sent them. However, I noticed the weights have all fallen out. I don’t know if this is from poor quality sewing or a flaw in the application.
Very disappointing they did not offer to replace or fix the existing sheets.
Be aware the weights will not hold up that were sewn into the trim at bottom.
I quite don’t know I am gonna seed these back on but most likely will take them to my seamstress and spend more money on a product that should have not failed to hold the weights.

I have been a customer of Curtarra for about four years. I first ordered custom curtains for my home several years ago, and I was very impressed with their quality and craftsmanship.
