Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the decorative products for being extremely soft, beautiful, colorful, and easy to clean, fitting wonderfully into various home spaces. Consumers also highlight the truly exceptional customer service, noting that representatives are quick to respond, courteous, and very helpful when assistance is needed. However, some customers also noted occasional issues with unexpected delivery delays and received products that felt too thin or flimsy compared to expectations. A few reviewers additionally experienced missing items from their shipments or stubborn creases that were quite difficult to remove upon unpacking the carpets.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Lahome stayed in contact during the order/shipping process, which was nice. The order arrived fairly quickly and well packaged. But the rug I bought from them was EXACTLY as described - soft, colorful, washable, with a non-skid backing. I love the design and I will definitely be buying from Lahome again. 10/10 experience.
I’m so impressed with Jen in customer service, she has been a pleasure to work with. One of my rugs got lost in shipping and when contacted her to let her know I never received my rug; she looked it all up and found it got lost and shipped out my second rug right away. I love Lahome rugs, they are so soft, beautiful and easy to clean.
Lahome's rugs have gotten nothing but compliments since I put them in my home. I've bought two 8x10s and two runners and they are absolutely stunning. They are incredibly silky soft. I have had other washable rugs and they don't compete with the softness of these rugs. I was worried about my aggressive vacuum not working on these, but it vacuums great and doesnt suck the rug up, like my ruggables. The corners also lay flat which is amazing. So happy I've gone back for more rugs! Thanks Lahome!
